Currently, One (1) Board Member position and three (3) Advisory positions for the Volunteer Board of Directors are open.
What does the position entail and require?
The Volunteer Board of Directors have the ultimate responsibility for guiding our credit union. One must be loyal to the credit union, act in good faith, and make decisions to benefit the credit union and its members. Board members are diligent, timely, detailed, curious, focused, and open to giving and seeing new perspectives.
What is the time commitment?
Board members meet monthly with the credit union executive team to discuss credit union operations and financials, and each member serves on a sub-committee that meets quarterly.
