According to Section 91.315 of the Texas Administrative Code, Energy Capital Credit Union is required to notify our members that the following documents are available for review or to receive a copy of the most recent version: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, a summary of the most recent annual audit relating to completed Audits and Verifications , written Board policy regarding access to the articles of incorporation, bylaws, rules, guidelines, board policies, and copies thereof, and Internal Revenue Service form 990 To view these click here.

While we do our best to resolve all issues within the Credit Union, there may be times a member chooses to go outside the Credit Union for intervention.
